Please Note: It is presumed that the home will be in order and somewhat picked up to facilitate and clean efficiently. We ask that you not be present for this cleaning service as it is very difficult to do our job up to our standards when we have to clean around you or anyone else who resides in the home. We do not climb higher than a three-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted with an extension duster. We cannot move heavy furniture, but we will try to reach un-visible places either by hand or extension duster. We do not clean Chandeliers. Excessive build-up may require extra attention therefore longer cleaning times if this is the case we will contact you to let you know if we require more time. Please allow for some dust re-settlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent that entirely. Thank you for your understanding.
